👍🏼This was a truly spectacular event. I wish I were in Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin’s place) And I believe that some day I will.
⠀
👇🏼Here are some facts about the Moon landing:
⠀
- Apollo 11 was launched from Cape Canaveral on July 16, 1969
- President Kennedy ordered to send a human to the Moon and return them safely back till the end of the decade
- 400 thousand people worked on Apollo 11 mission
- The average age of controllers was 27
- The crew rehearsed the final landing more than 10 times
- However, the connection with the lunar module was lost just before the landing
- Neil Armstrong had 60 years to land the lunar module on the Moon surface
- The remaining fuel after the landing was enough only for 17 seconds
- 530 million people watched on TV Armstrong’s first steps on the Moon
- Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin spent 21 hours 36 minutes on the Moon
⠀
⭐️Some of these facts made me think that nothing ever comes easily. Especially in space) Discipline yourself every day in order to discover the Universe outside and inside!
😄Do you know what makes you unique?

😏Having noticed that we underestimate ourselves and our powers I wrote a short ironic text which will become a part of my book (spoiler: it’s going to be out very soon!))
⠀
– So you say that every citizen is a unique, outstanding and valuable earthling. That’s why we’re here.
– Absolutely right.
– But that’s complete rubbish! I’m here! And I’m ordinary. Plain. Unremarkable and not at all brilliant. I’m 32 years old, single. I bite my nails when I’m nervous. Yes, I’m funny but completely disorganised. I’m not a superwoman! On Earth I used to have a cactus and one day it died - it withered, can you imagine that? And one time I forgot to take my pill and had to start the whole course once again - as a result I had to take pills for two months which triggered my allergy and I got all covered in spots. People used me to scare the kids. And once I dropped a hamster into a bowl of freshly made salad. And one time I forgot to turn off the iron and...
– You’re unique, - the counsellor interrupted me. - Otherwise you wouldn’t be here.
– But why?! - I screamed. - What makes me so unique?
– You will learn that here - in Space. That’s why you came here, isn’t it? To find the new you.
💠One way to get what you want and to set your mind right is by using affirmations)

⠀
🙌🏻Those are short verbal formulas which get fixed in your subconscious when repeated multiple times.
⠀
👉🏼They do really affect your psycho-emotional state and stimulate positive changes in life. What is the best way to try them?
⠀
😁Compile a list of positive phrases which really mean something to you. Write down these phrases and repeat them every day using the Present tense!
⠀
👍🏼Using affirmations is the easiest way to clear your mind from extra noise and focus on what really matters to you! In my “Man of Space” course I’m going to give you more such practices which can help you develop your inner and external potential) DM me to learn the details)
🤔Why do we believe in the existence of higher intelligence?
⠀
👇🏼Русская версия в комментариях👇🏼
⠀
#space_expert
⠀
🌎There’re lots of living creatures on Earth. However, intelligence is observed only in some of them. It is a unique phenomenon which has appeared due to evolution. And it might not exist beyond this planet.
⠀
🙌🏻So it turns out that we are alone in the Universe and our aspirations to meet higher intelligence are naive. And it just seems that this supreme mind could solve all of our problems and would be kind to us, the people who have suffered so much on Earth.
⠀
❤️🙏🏼I think that a higher intelligence is inside each of us. If we work on it’s development with persistence, we will be able to see things which were in a blind spot before, get the whole picture. And if you hope that something is going to come from beyond, you definitely will lose. Be realists and use your abilities to the fullest. Then you’ll succeed)
😍What kind of architecture inspires you?

👍🏼I love buildings that can transform our perception of the world and geometry. For example, the ones with light and smooth outline which reminds you of space. These buildings seem to hint at the forthcoming flight to the stars)
⠀
😁That’s why I love Frei Otto’s works: I value them for the innovative approach mixed with the feeling of spaciousness and fragility) Such places get you inspired.
⠀
❤️Here’re some of his must visit projects - the roof for Olympic Stadium in Munich, Multihalle in Mannheim, Tuwaiq Palace in Saudi Arabia, West Germany Pavilion in Montreal, and the roof structure of the Japanese Pavilion in Hanover.
⠀
👉🏼Swipe left to appreciate his works and draw inspiration)
😄How have I leveled up my brain for free?
⠀
👇🏼Русская версия в комментариях👇🏼

⠀
🙌🏻By practicing meditation since the age of 12. At first I wasn’t able to explain what was happening to me after just a couple of minutes being alone. But now there’re studies which say: meditation affects the most important parts of our brain - dorsolateral, medial, dorsal medial and ventromedial prefrontal cortex. Also the insular cortex which is in charge of body sensations and the amygdala.
⠀
👇🏼As a result we:
— control our emotions and tend to take things to heart less
— interpret information impartially
— reduce the level of anxiety, restlessness and stress
— learn what empathy is
— learn to feel our body and organism subtly
— control our fears
⠀
🙏🏼All in all meditation helps the development of our cognitive abilities such as mental clarity, creativity, the ability to reason, draw conclusions and concentrate.
⠀
❤️This is how we become “complete” and focused. By the way, there’s a whole module devoted to meditation in my “Man of Space” course. What would you like to know about meditation? Write in the comments below.
😍All kids dream about magic and space, right?)

☺️Love for the Galaxy runs in my family, that’s where I’ve got it from and hope my kids will, too)
⠀
🤩In order to reveal this love I use everything: films, games and books! Here’s the ones which will not only tell the kids about the universe but will also show how things work there:
⠀
— “Cosmos” by Dmitry Kostyukov includes pictures, collages, comics, photos from space and the Baikonur Cosmodrome, fragments of interviews with real astronauts and the ISS plan;
⠀
— “Fascinating Astronomy” by Elena Kachur tells about Space from a scientific point of view. As a bonus you get illustrations, schemes and experiments: you can assemble your own Solar system and understand what zero-gravity feels like;
⠀
— “Build Your Own Galaxy” by Joachim Klang is for all the Star Wars and Space Cadet fans. In it you’ll find the instructions “How to assemble scenes from popular films and to meet your favorite heroes again using only LEGO bricks”
⠀
🥰By the way adults can also join their kids and dive into the Universe because we all need to dream sometimes) So that there will be room for improvement!
🥶Why is it dark in space?

⠀
🙌🏻13 billion years ago the Big Bang happened. The result of such a powerful explosion was the creation of our Galaxy. And with it - particles, gassed, specks of dust and all sorts of substances. They cling, fly in different directions and block a great amount of light near the Milky Way!
⠀
👇🏼Moreover due to the expansion of the Universe the sources of light move away from each other and some of the galactic objects don’t even know what a Day is.
⠀
❤️People on Earth are lucky to enjoy the Sun. No other planet except for ours can diffuse light.
⠀
😄Would you be able to live in a place where it is always dark?)
🙌🏻There’s a lot of information around us that sometimes you can’t even help but join some training or portal. You learn one thing and then you want to start something different.

😅I could’ve got lost in the world of articles and marathons but I’ve learnt to perceive everything as a part of one and the same puzzle. You can’t choose only one single road, look at the world from only one perspective or divide a person into soul and body.
⠀
❤️In order to help you see that and achieve complex thinking I’ve created the “Man of Space” course in which I:
⠀
- don’t reject the experience of our ancestors and at the same time take into account advanced science research
- teach how to control your energy: how to store and channel it in order to achieve your goal
- help control your mind, body, emotions which is important for the mind and body’s overall wellness, strengthening the nervous system and getting a powerful energy boost
⠀
😄I’ve got the idea of the “Man of Space” course for years and I’ve been collecting theoretical and practical material for it. Don’t be afraid: there won’t be any difficult pieces of theory, scientific studies or lessons in this course. But there will be a lot of opportunities for you to understand what you really want and how to get it)
⠀
👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼Tell me: what spheres would you like to improve and develop?
☀️Summer means productivity time!
I’m not slowing down and so recently I’ve given a speech at 2b AHEAD Future Congress in Wolfsburg. This is one of the major business events in the European innovation sphere)

🙌🏻For the last 17 years 300 people have been gathering to discuss our future and the future of business!
⠀
🤫I was a bit nervous because I had to perform in front of the deputies of national and international companies, major speakers and companies’ leaders who specialize in the area of innovation management, research and technology.
⠀
😇I’ve talked about what changes lie ahead of us in terms of technology and business in the upcoming 20 years, how the humankind is going to grow in space, what projects are going to appear and I’ve also talked about my Space City project. After the presentation I’ve received an amazing feedback from the participants and members of the business community and I’ve also started new business arrangements with some German business associations.

❤️Ah, what a great time we live in, my friends!
😇Breathing techniques for meditation
⠀
👇🏼Русская версия в комментариях👇🏼
⠀
#space_expert
⠀
🙌🏻The right beginning and end of the day - only with meditation and breathing techniques. One of my favourites is the “Moon Breathing”)
⠀
😄There’s nothing difficult in it if you follow this simple instruction:
- Sit in a comfortable position (in some yoga asana or use a chair) with your back, head and neck straight. My favorite asanas are Padmasana, Vajrasana and Sukhasana.
- Use your right thumb to shut the right nostril. Slowly and quietly inhale through the left nostril while counting to 5. Repeat that with your left nostril and left hand))
⠀
🤫This is one breathing cycle. Repeat it several times focusing on how you feel inside) I’ve started doing pranayama for 3 minutes and each day gradually increased the duration of this practice to 10 minutes.
⠀
👇🏼Would you like to know how breathing techniques can help you not only relax but also recover?
⠀
❤️Write in the comments below what “meditation” means to you. I’ll choose the most interesting comment and its author will get the access to my “Man of Space” course.
