What’s your favourite thing to look at when you’re abroad? I’ve two, buildings and people. I look up a lot and am astonished at the things I see. I look up so much so that I fell into a pothole on our trip a few weeks ago! 😅 . . I particularly liked this building on the Avienda Centrale because in the midst of a busy shopping street the green had taken over.

I’ve just released my video on Panamá to my Patreon supporters and it will be going live later this week. Working on really upskilling and so am also working on a more uniformed look and style for my photos. The darker and almost moodier aspects appeal to me more and I really like how my latest photos are looking.

The Selina Hostel in #Panamá city was probably the snazziest I’ve been in. It definitely blurred the line between hostel and hotel. Here is the library area but it also had a nightclub and a cinema!

Finally back home in Kerry (not this photo ;)). I left Louth at 1pm and after numerous delays and disruptions I made it home around 9pm. I’m glad to be back and will be updating this sporadically either in the morning or at night. . Do you ever go back to your childhood homes? For some reason this picture I took in Panamá reminds me of home. There’s history there, and some sort of story. I like mulling things like this over...

Sometimes you wouldn’t know if it was a clothes shop or a home - people watching in #Panamá was a lot of fun.

Happy July 4th! Lovely to be back in Ireland for my #birthday 🍰 Went to bed at 8pm last night - was absolutely wrecked.

We’re saying goodbye to Panama in a few hours. Just checked in our luggage, went through security here at Tocumen Airport and just sitting now waiting to board. Our flight takes 10 hours to Paris then onto for about an hour and half to Dublin. See you soon Ireland and thank you Panamá!

We booked an extra night in Panama so we wouldn’t have to check out this morning. Our flight isn’t until tonight so we figured it made sense (I was also not well yesterday so mentally it eased my mind). Here is a shot of Iglesia del Carmen here in the city. . On January 13 and February 11, 2001 two powerful earthquakes of 7.7 and 6.1 magnitudes in the Richter scale completely damaged Iglesia El Carmen, prompting the Society of Jesus to initiate plans to raise funds in order to demolish the existing structure and begin building a new church. The "El Carmen Project" is a non-profit foundation that has been set up to attract and administer donations for the reconstruction of the church.

When we arrived to #Panama city a few days ago we were greeted by #Pride - just around the corner from where we were staying a massive crowd had gathered in celebration. Pride has been an ever growing movement here in the country for #LGBT rights. Here’s hoping it continues.
