We believe that training is more than just breaking a sweat. From boxing and calisthenics to yoga and strength training, our classes celebrate the transformative power of the human body's unique range of motions.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing personal stories from eight of our instructors who have found expression and beauty through mobility in their individual fields.
With a documentary-style lens, our trainers explain what movement means to them and how the ability to move freely makes them feel alive in a way that nothing else does.
