Probably the biggest attraction in Luzern is the Kappellbrücke. Beautiful wooden bridge, with many ancient frescos inside, painted right on the wood of the bridge. This city is like a fairy tale that came to life. Cute and romantic medieval houses everywhere, hypnotising lake views, and so much green helping to hide from the heat of the day. ⠀ I haven’t felt so excited for a while! This was one of my best days in Zurich this summer! It started with a photography lesson that I tought for the first time and ended with a great chill on the bank of Zurich lake. ⠀ I felt the intensity of the summer sun’s heat, the cold waters of the lake when I entered them to cool down, the relaxed sounds of chit chat around, and the bright shine of the water. Our last little home for our stay in Sri Lanka this year. ⠀ We were lucky to be staying alone in this english-style house among the mists of Hill Country and cozy up in front of the crackling fire lit for us in the fireplace. ⠀ It was a very different experience from several months of living on the South coast! #easternwesterntravels #nuwaraeliya #srilanka
