I love giving and receiving them especially with the year we have all experienced. Did you know that Google searches for flower deliveries 🚀sky rocketed in March of this year compared to the previous year. Scientific studies have proved that flowers are linked to a person's happiness. Christmas is typically known as a time for good cheer, relaxation and celebration 🎄. However, it can bring increased stress and anxiety to many for lots of different reasons. As adults we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to delivery that 'perfect' Christmas for our family 🎅. When in truth it's usually anything but. This week is going to be a busy one at work. I always plan ahead when I know I've got a lot on. One of the ways I do this is to break my larger tasks down into small chunks. Small is smart and strategic and I'm a huge fan of simplicity. You can't get someone who doesn't know how to dance and have them dance the Foxtrot. When something's complex it takes time to learn. I apply this method to to my health too. If you usually have a a large plate of food at mealtimes then start reducing your portion size gradually. Start replacing the refined carbs for proteins and wholemeal options.
