BORED OF ORDINARY SIDES? ⬇️Try my broccoli fritters⬇️ Quick. Easy. Delicious. • • • RECIPE medium broccoli head — 1 pc egg — 1 pc Parmesan cheese — 35g Panko breadcrumbs — 30g salt & pepper — to taste • • • Cut the broccoli into small florets. Cook in boiling water for 5-6 minutes until soft. Rinse under cold running water and chop as finely as you can. In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Add the chopped broccoli and mix until fully combined. Shape into 6 patties. Add to a baking tray and place under a hot grill for 10 minutes or until crispy. ❗️DANGER❗️this dish is addictive 🥒ZUCCHINI FRITTI🥒 These zucchinis are ridiculously good and great served as a snack or as a side. You can sprinkle them with extra Parmesan or season with any spices to add your own twist! It’s always zucchini season so you can enjoy it all year round! • • • R E C I P E serves 2 people as a side/snack medium zucchinis — 2 pcs flour — 30g milk — 1 cup Parmesan, finely grated — 25g oil, for deep frying salt • • • Slice the zucchinis into julienne strips. Try to discard the pieces with too many seeds. Soak the strips in some milk and set aside. Meanwhile, combine the flour and Parmesan cheese. Drain the zucchini well (I use the towel) and toss in the Parmesan-flour mixture. Heat oil for deep-frying to ~190C (or keep it on high for good 5 minutes). Deep fry the zucchinis in a few batches until golden brown. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Season with salt and spices/herbs of your choice (do it when the vegetables are still very hot). Enjoy! 📸Tuna Nicoise Salad ⭐️10/10 📍Dalloway Terrace @dallowayterrace is a beautiful al fresco restaurant with a fully heated terrace all year round. It has to be one of the most instagrammable restaurants in London thanks to its famous seasonal floral installations. It’s located in the Bloomsbury Hotel and offers some peace and charm of a secluded secret garden. ❣️What was highly important to me, is that it’s kids friendly.
