I told Carter to roar like a lion. #nailedit 🦁 Little by little, Carter seems to be more interested in his toys and playing independently. He’s finally started to get the hang of the Jolly Jumper and likes to sit in an activity centre. He still likes to be held most of the time though. I remember Aiden became more independent as soon as he could crawl, which was at eight months old. Were your babies attached at the hip to you? On the weekend, we checked out @blowersgrafton, a relatively new restaurant in Calgary that serves Halifax street food. Even little Carter couldn’t get enough of the haddock fish and chips, which is my FAVE 🙌 It really made me miss Halifax. Since my husband is from Nova Scotia, I like to consider myself an honorary East Coaster. I would move there in a heartbeat if we had the right opportunity! Do you have a place that you think of as your second home?

#TBT to our Disneyland trip in November ♥️ I can’t say enough how baby-friendly this place is. Did you know that Disneyland and California Adventure each have a large, air conditioned Baby Center where you can nurse, bottle feed or diaper change a baby or toddler? It’s quiet and comfortable with large rocking chairs, so if your baby needs a peaceful feed, this is the place you should go. If you’re not near one, there are plenty of benches in Disneyland to feed your baby, usually at the exit of a ride. I’m counting down the days until our next Disneyland trip! It will probably be in March or April. Gotta take advantage of our annual passes at least one more time this year 🙌🏰
