Vegan 🌱 Gluten Free 🌾 Sugar Free . 1 cake ~ 60 Cal (protein 4.8 g, fat 4.25, carbs 2 g) . 📝 Ingredients (serve 12 mini cakes) . 200 g organic frozen berries 🍓 60 g (4 scoops) micellar casein 50 ml water 💧 30 g almond flour 20 g melted organic coconut oil 🥥 10 g coconut fine 10 g stevia . 👩🏼‍🍳 Cooking method . 1️⃣ Put frozen berries and stevia into a saucepan and add 50 ml of water. Bring it to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes 2️⃣ Grind the mass through a sieve in order to get rid of berry seeds 3️⃣ Put this mass along with other ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth 4️⃣ Pour the mass into a silicone mould and refrigerate cakes for at least 2 hours .
