Initially it was concrete that had been chosen as the main construction material. Soon our company decided to apply eco-technologies and systems. Straw panels became an alternative to concrete slabs. They are a frame stuffed with straw and sand-and-clay mixture. Such panels have a lot of advantages of the conventional construction materials. For example, they: ▪️ are environmentally-friendly and “breathing” material; ▪️ have a high level of fire safety; ▪️ can retain heat for a long time; ▪️ are characterized by better sound insulation. • Zunächst wurde Beton als Hauptbaustoff gewählt. Bald entschied sich unser Unternehmen für umweltfreundliche Technologien und Systeme. Eine Alternative zu Betonplatten sind Strohplatten. Sie bilden ein mit Stroh gefülltes Baugerüst mit einer Sand-Ton-Mischung. Solche Platten haben gegenüber herkömmlichen Baustoffen viele Vorteile. The project in Czech village Velká Dobrá presents a private two-storey house constructed out of straw eco-panels. The house combines the high-tech and art nouveau styles. The main feature of the house is that it is built using the modular construction principle. Our company is one of few in Europe that accomplished such projects of straw panels. Upon completion of the erection there remains a house frame with the fully completed initial finishing. Such format enables to erect houses considerably faster, more economically and environmentally-friendly. • Das Projekt im tschechischen Dorf Velka Dobra ist ein privates zweistöckiges Haus aus strohigen Ökoplatten. Es ist in einer Kombination von Hi-Tech und Jugendstil hergestellt. Das Hauptmerkmal des Hauses ist, dass es nach dem Prinzip des modularen Aufbaus gebaut ist. Unser Unternehmen ist eines der wenigen in Europa, das solche Projekte aus Strohplatten realisiert. Nach der Montage bleibt der Rohbau bereits mit der schlüsselfertigen primären Innenausgestaltung.
