Ustrasana/Camel pose 💛🐫💛 Camel Pose very good practice for asthmatics🤍 and for butterfly shaped 🦋 thyroid(hypo/hyperthyroidism)gland💙 Camel Pose stretches the front of the body including the chest, abdomen and quadriceps. It improves spinal mobility as much of the day you are likely to be sitting or slouching and bending your spine forward. By doing a backbend, you are flexing it in the opposite direction and it may help you develop better posture. It is said to open the heart(Anahata)💚chakra , which is your energy center for love, caring, and compassion. One of the most common problems in camel is keeping the thighs upright. As you take the chest back, you want to make sure that your thighs are not following it and ending up slanting back instead of staying fully vertical. To check if this is happening, take your pose over to a wall. Set up with the front of your thighs on the wall. Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana)🌕 Utkata Konasana is easy to perform and is excellent practice for women to widen and strengthen the uterus before and during pregnancy.,💝 Benefits for the hips, the abdomen, chest, groins and leg muscles. 2.Tiptoe Pose (PRAPADASANA)💛 Variation of Prapadasana, both feet remain on the ground and the hips simply rest on the heels as the yogi balances on the toes. The hands may be brought into prayer position then lifted over the head. The knees can be kept together or taken wide apart. Improve concentration and sense of balance as well as helping to strengthen the feet, ankles, calves, knees and thighs and stretching the hip flexors, hamstrings and groins. 3. Toe Stand Pose (Padangusthasana) with chin Mudra 👌🏻 Place fingertips on the ground, start to bend through standing (right) leg, and come high onto ball of right foot, balancing body on right heel. Get comfortable here for a few breaths, then slowly, one at a time, take hands to center of chest, try to balance, and have fun with it.
